LUDUS Gold – Loughborough University Discovers University

 

Applications for our LUDUS Gold programme are now open for Year 12 students to apply. If possible, please can this information be passed onto your Year 12 students.

LUDUS Gold is a 2-year programme of enhanced support for students during their post-16 studies. It aims to help them make decisions about their future, build confidence and to develop the skills to be successful at university. There’s a series of events to attend and activities to complete, which incorporates both online and on-campus elements. On successful completion, students are eligible to be considered for a reduced offer (of up to 2 grades) for one of Loughborough’s undergraduate courses. The LUDUS Gold programme has a range of benefits including:

·       Upon successful completion, students are eligible to be considered for a reduced offer (of up to 2 grades) for one of Loughborough’s undergraduate courses.

·       Activities designed to develop key transferable and academic skills.

·       Support to create a strong UCAS application.

·       Continued support for students who decide to enrol with us.

Year 12 - Work Experience in Private Equity, Finance or Asset Management - Deadline is 15th March

  Year 12 Students Students will be assigned to a  two-day work experience  in Asset Management & Finance, delivered in partnership with Barings.   Dates:  6th & 7th August  Students may be based anywhere in England but must attend in person in London on 7th August   Completion Award:  £30  Cash prizes available for the winning team challenge Year 12 students will also attend the same two-day  Application Preparation & Employability Skills Programme  (4th August virtual, 5th August in person).
