Yr 12 only - In person Accounting work experience with PWC

 


Dan here from Young Professionals and I wanted to share with you some exciting news about the PwC 3 day in-person programme designed specifically for Y12students.


This is a unique 3-day programme spread across the school holiday periods during the February Half Term, Easter, and Summer breaks. During the 3 days you will have the opportunity to come into the PwC offices for their 3-part workshop series that is focused on growing your understanding of what a career in accounting could look like, whilst helping you build skills and confidence in the workplace.


During your time on the programme, you will get an incredible insight to PwC, their opportunities in their audit business area, as well as development on core skills needed for the corporate environment. On top of this you will also be able to network with PwC professionals and build up a fantastic relationship with PwC for future student / career opportunities. You'll find out all about the PwC Flying Start Accounting degree programme, including top tips for the recruitment process.


PwC is one of the world’s leading professional services firms, offering cutting-edge solutions in audit, consulting, and tax. With offices in over 150 countries, PwC provides opportunities to work on some of the most influential and innovative projects across the globe.


This programme is taking place in Manchester. Please take note of the dates below for the region and in order to secure a place you will 100% need to be able to make all 3 sessions to take part.


Locations:

  • Manchester:  18th Feb - 10th Apr - 7th Aug 2025


Timings:

  • Arrival at 9:45 AM - Event from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

  • PwC will provide breakfast and refreshments during each of the in-person sessions.

Real Estate Careers Information Day - 19th November

  We hold a series of Insight Days around the country each in the Spring and Autumn term. Our next Insight Days will be held on the following days for Yr12 students: 13th November - Leeds 19th November - Manchester 28th November - London - This is now full Applications open on 1st August and will close on 20th October. Students will go on a site visit, work on a small project and have a Q&A session with both current and recent Real Estate graduates who are now working in the Industry.  They will also be assisting students throughout the day. The day will be fully funded by Pathways2property including travel costs to and from the venue. Please note!
