Y12/13 | Willmott Dixon - Apprentice Development Programme 20, 21 and 22 October



Willmott Dixon will shortly be recruiting for a number of apprenticeship opportunities and they are delivering an Apprentice Development Programme on Tuesday 20th, Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd October to help identify suitable candidates.

This three-day assessment programme is designed to identify talented, motivated and high-potential candidates for our apprenticeship opportunities. Rather than relying solely on interviews, the programme allows us to observe candidates in realistic situations and assess how they communicate, collaborate, solve problems, take responsibility and respond to challenges.


The programme is not a traditional employability or careers insight event. Instead, it gives candidates the opportunity to show us who they are, rather than tell us what they can do, helping us identify individuals with the potential to become brilliant colleagues within Willmott Dixon.

Following the programme, a selection of candidates may be invited to interview for apprenticeship vacancies, with successful candidates progressing to offers.

 

Cohort

  • 15–20 candidates
  • Oldham residents.
  • Recommended for the relevant role.
  • Ready to progress into an apprenticeship opportunity.
  • Matched to the skills and behaviours required for the specific apprenticeship opportunity.
