We hope you had a restful holiday.


We’re currently running a student survey to better understand how young people are making decisions about their next steps after education, and we’d really appreciate your support in sharing it with your students.


The survey explores students’ priorities, concerns, motivations, and the key influences shaping their journey from education into employment. All responses are anonymous and will be used to create a final report, which we look forward to sharing with you.


The insights will help Uptree continue to improve our support for students and better inform employers about what young people need and value most today.

This session will help you explore the different ways your students can gain valuable work experience today, including:

  • Virtual programmes

  • Volunteering

  • Part-time jobs

  • Skills challenges


It’s a great opportunity for you to learn more about modern pathways into the workplace and how your students can build useful experience in flexible and accessible ways.

Year 12 - Work Experience in Private Equity, Finance or Asset Management - Deadline is 15th March

  Year 12 Students Students will be assigned to a  two-day work experience  in Asset Management & Finance, delivered in partnership with Barings.   Dates:  6th & 7th August  Students may be based anywhere in England but must attend in person in London on 7th August   Completion Award:  £30  Cash prizes available for the winning team challenge Year 12 students will also attend the same two-day  Application Preparation & Employability Skills Programme  (4th August virtual, 5th August in person).
