 Government Cyber/STEM Work Experience (National Cyber Force)

 

  • Time: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Location: Manchester (venue confirmed upon acceptance

  • For: Year 12 and 13, and college students . Students need to be British citizens in order to be eligible. 

Two available dates (same event):

Students can only attend one date but may apply to both days to increase their chances of securing a place.

These sessions provide insight into careers within Government Intelligence and Cyber agencies, including:

  • Cybersecurity, engineering, analysis, and linguistics

  • Business and support functions (e.g. HR, finance)

  • Early careers pathways and application routes

  • A live panel Q&A with professionals and apprentices.

Year 12 - Work Experience in Private Equity, Finance or Asset Management - Deadline is 15th March

  Year 12 Students Students will be assigned to a  two-day work experience  in Asset Management & Finance, delivered in partnership with Barings.   Dates:  6th & 7th August  Students may be based anywhere in England but must attend in person in London on 7th August   Completion Award:  £30  Cash prizes available for the winning team challenge Year 12 students will also attend the same two-day  Application Preparation & Employability Skills Programme  (4th August virtual, 5th August in person).
