Our Siemens Face-to-Face (F2F) Work Experience programme offers students a unique opportunity to step inside a global technology company and explore the real-world impact of innovation. Through interactive workshops, site visits, and hands-on activities, participants gain insight into careers in engineering, sustainability, digitalisation, and business.

 

Throughout the week, students work in teams on a project, allowing them to apply what they have learned in a collaborative, real-world context. At the end of the programme, they have the opportunity to present their ideas to Siemens employees, building confidence, communication skills, and professional experience.

 

Students also have the chance to meet Siemens professionals, develop key employability skills, and discover how our technologies are shaping a more sustainable and connected future. The programme is designed to inspire, build confidence, and help young people understand the wide range of pathways available to them.

Candidates will hear back on the 19th of June by email if they were successful or not.

  Year 12 Students Students will be assigned to a  two-day work experience  in Asset Management & Finance, delivered in partnership with Barings.   Dates:  6th & 7th August  Students may be based anywhere in England but must attend in person in London on 7th August   Completion Award:  £30  Cash prizes available for the winning team challenge Year 12 students will also attend the same two-day  Application Preparation & Employability Skills Programme  (4th August virtual, 5th August in person).
